It is a practical half day for SME owners and managers who are short of time and tired of AI hype. We work with how you already run the business. You do not need a tech team in the room.
What we do
We look at where the week actually goes (admin, follow-up, rework, reporting). We separate a messy process from a job a tool can take. We pick a small set of practical tools you can use immediately, and are explicit about what not to buy. You leave with a short, ordered list and a simple way to check, in a month, whether it saved time.
